Each year, we install over 100 new irrigation and lighting systems ranging from small one-zone terraces to complex 15-zone systems for a wide range of sophisticated residential and commercial clients. We are fully insured and will quickly and easily provide COIs, as needed.

Our Senior Technicians have at least four years of irrigation experience and are meticulous in their work. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly and will be happy to answer questions or address concerns. They are all OSHA-30 certified. We maintain a full-time, highly responsive office team so you can be assured of reaching us easily, receiving timely confirmation emails and having your appointments seamlessly coordinated with anyone you designate.
Set it And Forget it
The buildings of New York City create thousands of different microclimates based on space, sunlight and exposure. Proper irrigation is essential to maintaining beautiful, healthy rooftops and gardens when Mother Nature or you decide to take a vacation. A custom designed irrigation system is tailored to the different water requirements of your plantings, your specific New York City microclimate, the season, as well as the type of planters themselves. An electronic irrigation system allows you to “set it and forget it” so that you can focus on the enjoyment of your garden.

So, what is a green roof?
A green roof, also known as a “living roof,” is a roof that is mostly or entirely covered with living material such as grass or plants overlaid upon a traditional roof. Green roofs are often installed in grid systems which are lightweight and allow access to the roof for repair.
New York City is home to 40,000 acres of available rooftop space but has just 730 buildings with green roofs. These represent less than 0.1% of NYC’s one million buildings (source: The Nature Conservancy).
Green roofs provide extensive benefits for urban environments:

Absolutely! Our technicians are skilled in repairing and optimizing irrigation systems, regardless of who originally installed them. We do require that you are part of our annual maintenance plan before we will make repairs.

Regularly inspect for any visible signs of leaks or damage, and ensure the sprinkler heads are not obstructed. Make adjustments to the watering time if it gets hotter or colder so you can match the plants needs to the amount of water. Call us if you see any signs of distress with your plants.
